Mike Harper

Mike Harper is a seasoned executive in sales and marketing, currently serving as Vice President at Lenze Americas Corporation since January 2022. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at AutoGuide Mobile Robots from March 2020 to January 2022, and was the Vice President of Sales and Applications Engineering at Soft Robotics Inc. from 2018 to 2020, where Mike played a key role in global business development and revenue reporting. Mike's earlier career includes serving as Sales Director at Festo, where management included a large sales force and multiple applications engineers, as well as roles at Adept Technology and Bodine Assembly & Test Systems focused on business development and sales management in various regions. Mike holds an MBA in Finance from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
