Shane Beilke

Shane Beilke has extensive work experience in sales, product strategy, and strategic planning. Shane currently works at Lenze Americas Corporation, where they started as a Product Engineer in 1996 and held various roles before becoming a Channel Manager from 2016 to 2019. Shane then became a System Sales Engineer from 2019 to 2020 and is currently a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to Lenze, Shane worked at ADVANCED Motion Controls as part of the executive team responsible for product strategy from 2006 to 2016. Shane also worked at Emerson Automation Solutions, where they held positions such as Product Engineer, Product Manager, Manager Product Management, International Sales Manager, and Strategic Planning Manager.

Shane Beilke attended the University of Minnesota from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Following this, from 1999 to 2002, they enrolled in the University of St. Thomas to pursue a Masters degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing.
