Claudia Vargas

Claudia Vargas has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and talent management. Claudia served as the Chief Talent Officer for Publicis Groupe in Colombia, where they implemented strategies to identify, attract, engage, and retain top talent. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Publicis Groupe, responsible for managing HR processes and policies, compensation and benefits, and reporting to the corporate headquarters. Before joining Publicis Groupe, Claudia worked as the People & Culture Director at Leo Burnett Colombia, a multinational advertising agency. In this role, they directed and managed HR processes as an integral part of the corporate strategy. Claudia's career began as the National Coordinator of Selection and Well-being at Salud Total E.P.S, where they led projects related to employee selection, corporate well-being, and occupational health on a national level.

Claudia Vargas has a diverse education history. Claudia obtained a diploma in Sustainability and Social Responsibility from CESA in 2014. In 2010-2011, they attended the Universidad del Rosario and earned a specialist degree in Human Resource Management. In 2009, Claudia completed a diploma in Labor Legislation at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Additionally, they received diplomas in Organizational Training and Learning Management from Universidad de Los Andes in 2007 and Organizational Development based on Competencies in 2001. Claudia's educational journey began at Universidad Católica de Colombia, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 1992 to 1997.
