Kelly Lausen

Kelly Lausen has over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding significant leadership positions in major companies. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Planning at LEO Pharma, Kelly is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s Strategic Roadmap and plays a key role in product launch preparations. Previously, Kelly was the Business Unit Head for Rare Diseases and Thyroid Cancer at Genzyme and held various marketing and management roles at Biogen Idec and Novo Nordisk, focusing on areas such as marketing, sales effectiveness, and strategic planning. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration and Japanese from Copenhagen Business School.
