Fethy Ourif has extensive work experience in digital marketing and acquisition. Fethy is currently the Growth Director at Leocare, where they assumed the role in March 2022. Prior to that, Fethy worked at Carrefour from 2015 to 2022, starting as the Head of Digital Media and later becoming the Responsible Acquisition for Carrefour Drive, Carrefour Traiteur, and Livraison Express. At Carrefour, their responsibilities included translating commercial and promotional strategies into media plans, developing visibility and engagement for Carrefour's transition to sustainable food, increasing website and application traffic, and driving customer acquisition.
Before Carrefour, Fethy worked at Groupe Casino from 2010 to 2015, first as the Responsable acquisition e-commerce and later as the Chef de projet E-marketing. Their objectives at Groupe Casino included increasing sales, web traffic, customer base, lead generation, improving customer experience, and boosting conversion and repeat purchase rates. Fethy also has previous experience as a Chargé de portefeuille at MCS Groupe and an Assistant Web-Marketing at Techni-Contact.
Fethy Ourif's education history begins in 2006 when they attended IUT de Sceaux and obtained a DUT Techniques de commercialisation degree in Marketing, which lasted until 2008. In 2008, Fethy enrolled at SKEMA Business School where they completed a Bachelor Business Administration program with a specialization in Marketing. The same year, they also obtained a BBA Bachelor Business Administration with an option in Marketing from the same school. From 2009 to 2012, Fethy pursued a Master in Management degree in Marketing et E-commerce at ESC Clermont Business School. In 2019, they completed a Google Certificate in Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
