Justin Riffer

Justin Riffer is an experienced professional in the construction industry, currently serving as the Purchasing & Estimating Manager at Leola Construction since December 2015. Prior to this role, Riffer held the position of Project Manager at Dueall Construction from January 2012 to December 2015 and worked as a Field Superintendent at iConstructors for a brief period in 2011. Riffer’s expertise encompasses managing relationships between sub-contractors and owners, overseeing scheduling and material logistics, conducting pre-construction meetings, ensuring quality through detailed inspections, and facilitating necessary inspections with municipal and third-party organizations. Riffer earned an AAS Degree in Building Construction Technology from Santa Fe College and attended Western Michigan University from 2002 to 2004.
