Bryan Blythe

Bryan Blythe is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in industrial real estate and investment banking. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Southeast Market Officer at Leon Capital Group since November 2024, Bryan is responsible for expanding the company's industrial real estate portfolio in the southeastern United States. Prior to this role, Bryan was Managing Director at Crescent Communities, where Bryan led the industrial brand AXIAL. Bryan's career includes significant tenure at Prologis and Liberty Property Trust, where responsibilities encompassed various leadership roles in leasing and development. Earlier experience includes investment banking positions at Dunning Capital, LLC and BB&T Capital Markets, as well as a foundation in commercial real estate brokerage with CB Richard Ellis and Whiteside Industrial Properties. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Corporate Finance and Real Estate from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in History from Davidson College.
