Sean Wood

Sean Wood has a diverse work history in the real estate industry. Sean is currently the President - Industrial at Leon Capital Group since April 2021. Prior to this, they were the Senior Vice President, Development & Construction at Dalfen Industrial LLC from October 2017 to April 2021. Sean also worked as a Development Director at Hillwood from June 2015 to October 2017, and as the Director, Development at Rouse Properties, Inc. from May 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they held the position of Real Estate Manager at RED Development from April 2007 to February 2011 and Development Manager at PetSmart from October 2005 to March 2007. Sean started their career as a Project Engineer/Intern at New South Construction from August 1997 to September 1998.

Sean Wood graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. Sean then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 2003, focusing on Business.
