Caroline Merin

Caroline Merin is the Founder and CEO of Leona Health, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Caroline served as the Chief Operating Officer at Rappi from August 2018 to August 2023 and held the role of General Manager for Uber Eats Mexico between June 2015 and August 2018, in addition to contributing as an International Launcher for Uber. Early experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Overseas Private Investment Corporation and Tresalia Capital in 2014, as well as a Search & Selection fellow at Endeavor from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, Caroline worked as an Associate in International Equity Sales at Credit Suisse from 2008 to 2012 and interned at the Council on Foreign Relations in 2007. Caroline's academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's Degree in International/Global Studies from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics; Hispanic Studies; and Modern Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, along with a diploma from Deerfield Academy.
