Jim Germann

Jim Germann's work experience includes a diverse range of roles in real estate, construction, and management. Jim most recently served as the Real Estate & Construction Director at Leonard Buildings & Truck Accessories since September 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Manager in Training at Bridgestone Retail Operations and as the Director of Leasing at Variety Wholesalers. Jim also has experience as a Manager at Shuckers Oyster Bar and Grill, in sales at The Home Depot, and in management at Advance Auto Parts. Jim served as the Facilities and Project Director at Jet-Hot High Performance Coatings, where they oversaw real estate, manufacturing, and facility maintenance. From 2008 to 2010, Jim was the Vice President at GENERAL PARTS INTERNATIONAL, INC, managing real estate, construction, lease administration, and market research.
