Kal Patel

Kal Patel has a diverse work experience in data analysis and management roles. Kal is currently working as a Lead People Data Analyst at Leonard Cheshire since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at TPL Media as a Call Centre Business Analyst and later as a Senior Data/Dialler/MI Analyst from 2015 to February 2022. Before joining TPL Media, they worked at Serco as a Data/Dialler Analyst for one year. In 2014, they had a brief stint at Phones 4u as a Senior Data/Dialler Analyst. Prior to that, they worked at Homeserve in various roles, including CR Operations Analyst & Resource Planner, Customer Relations - Workflow & MI Management, Outbound Operations - Dialler & MI Analyst, Fast Acting Communication Team (F.A.C.T), Process Champion FSA/FCA Documentation, and Inbound Sales and Service Executive from 2005 to 2013.

Kal Patel attended Coventry University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Sutton Coldfield College from 1996 to 1999.

In terms of additional certifications, Kal Patel obtained PRINCE2® Foundation in project management and PRINCE2® Practitioner certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2014.
