Kat Wojcik

Kat Wojcik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kat started their career in 2013 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Gotpeople Ltd, where they gained exposure to various aspects of the role but ultimately decided it wasn't for her. In 2014, they joined Quality Premier Services as an Office and Payroll Administrator and gradually took on more complex tasks to assist the payroll team. However, the company faced struggles and Kat was made redundant in 2015.

In 2016, Kat worked at KPMG UK as a Partnership Secretariat/Accounting Assistant, where they were proud to be part of one of the Big Four accounting organizations. However, after a few months, they realized it wasn't the right fit for her. Kat then joined Arkay Windows as a PA to the Managing Director, experiencing a complete career shift and learning about the window manufacturing industry. However, they decided to leave and explore their educational background in marketing.

Kat then took on a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Crest Nicholson plc, where they also worked as a New Homes Sales Executive. During their time at Crest Nicholson, they found their passion for sales and discovered their career path. In 2019, they joined Audley Villages as a New Homes Sales Consultant, intrigued by the retirement sector and the differences in the sales process.

Currently, Kat works as a Business Development Manager at Leonard Curtis Group, where they aim to expand the company's network of professionals in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Despite the initial challenges, they find their work at Leonard Curtis rewarding, with a supportive network enabling their personal and professional growth.

Kat Wojcik has a foundation degree in Business with Marketing from the University of Hertfordshire, which was completed between 2011 and 2013. Before that, they obtained a BTEC National Certificate in Travel and Tourism from West Herts College, from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Kat Wojcik has an LAO Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration, obtained at an unspecified time from Lifetime Awarding institution.
