Jan Boyes BEng FCMI CMgr has extensive experience in sales and project management within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Acting Vice President of Sales at Leonardo since May 2016, Jan has held various leadership roles including Head Of Sales and Head of ISR & Air Mobility. Prior experience at Selex ES involved leading strategic campaigns and managing sales for Electronic Warfare capabilities, while earlier roles included project management and business development. Jan began career as a Crashworthiness Engineer at Millbrook Proving Ground and has a strong educational background, with a BEng (Hons) in Automotive Engineering and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership at the University of Hertfordshire.
