Laurent Sissmann

Laurent Sissmann serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Skydweller Aero since September 2022. In parallel, Sissmann has held the position of Senior Vice President for Unmanned Systems at Leonardo since June 2016, where responsibilities include defining and steering company strategy across all core sectors. Previous roles at Leonardo also include Vice President as Tornado Program Director and Head of F-35 Program Management, among others. Prior experience includes a project management role at Ansaldobreda, overseeing projects in France, Morocco, and Greece, and a position as Project Leader Deputy at Airbus UK for A350 Wing development. Laurent holds a Master's Degree in Aeronautics Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, an M.B.A. from Finmeccanica Fhink Master in International Business Engineering, and a Master's Degree in Economics from Sciences Po, along with a PMP certification.
