Lesley Ross

Lesley Ross is a Senior People Partner at Leonardo since August 2022. Prior to this role, Lesley served as the Director of Business Development at CleanTEC Cleaning Services from March 2021 to August 2022. With a background in Human Resources, Lesley worked as a Human Resources Consultant and HR Business Partner at The HEINEKEN Company from January 2012 to March 2021. Lesley holds a MSC in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University (2004 - 2008) and a BA in Business Studies with Human Resource Management from the same university (2001 - 2005).
