Alison Wragg Ma

Alison Wragg MA, MSc, MBACP, BA(Hons) DipCOT is a seasoned professional in counselling and organisational consultancy, co-founding and directing the Leone Centre Counselling since May 2009, where Alison provides relational and mental well-being support for HR and business managers, as well as bespoke employee assistance programs. In addition to this role, Alison serves as Module Lead and Visiting Lecturer at Tavistock & Portman NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Essex, and holds the position of Associate Director and Operational Lead for Open Dialogue at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing a comprehensive range of mental health services for older adults. Alison's extensive educational background includes advanced degrees in Consulting and Leading in Organisations and Psychodynamic Counselling, complemented by certification in working with couples and relationships.
