Mirella Riley

Mirella Riley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Mirella began their career as a HR and Management Assistant at Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc., where they worked from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined Fox's Biscuits as a Human Resources Officer, contributing to the company's success from 2009 to 2011. Mirella then moved to Alstom, where they held various positions including Alstom Employee Services (HR) Advisor and Resourcing Team Leader from 2011 to 2015. Most recently, they have been with LEONI since 2015, working their way up to the role of Head of HR US and SME Countries. Mirella's experience enables their to bring a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of HR practices to any organization.

Mirella Riley completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Philology at the University of Adam Mickiewicz, Poznan, Poland from 1998 to 2002. Mirella then pursued various postgraduate certifications in Human Resources from Staffordshire University. From 2008 to 2009, Mirella obtained a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice. In 2009, they furthered their education with a CIPD Leadership and Management Postgraduate Certificate, followed by a CIPD Professional Development Scheme: Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management (Level 7) from 2009 to 2012.
