Holly Rudnick has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee and labor relations. Holly currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Leopardo, a national construction management firm. Prior to joining Leopardo, Holly was the Senior Manager of Employee & Labor Relations at Best Buy, where they were responsible for developing and driving proactive engagement, leadership development and diversity and inclusion programs across multiple business units throughout the United States.
Before their time at Best Buy, Holly was the Director of Human Resources at Illinois Tool Works- Residential Construction North America. There they were a key member of the leadership team, reporting to the Vice President & General Manager. Holly provided strategic human resources and organizational development support for 600 employees across 12 states and the Dominican Republic in the sales, customer support, finance, IT, engineering services, software engineering, manufacturing and supply chain organizations. Holly led a staff of seven: 2 HR Managers in US, 1 HR Manager in Dominican Republic, 3 Sr. HR Generalists and 1 HR Coordinator.
During their time at Illinois Tool Works- Residential Construction North America, Holly achieved several key milestones, including implementing a new organizational structure supporting the integration of two divisions into one scaled-up division, which resulted in cost savings of $7.1MM. Additionally, they developed and implemented transition plans and communication strategy for plant consolidation resulting in $1.7MM cost savings.
Holly is known for their ability to partner with business leaders to identify change management implications and lead change effectively. Holly is also an expert in talent development, organizational design and employee relations. Holly has a proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relation issues while balancing legal exposure with desired business outcomes.
Holly Rudnick has a BA in Human Services/Psychology from Kendall College and a Masters Degree in Education from National Louis University. Holly also has certification from LinkedIn in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership, SHRM in Certified Professional SHRM-CP, and DDI | Development Dimensions International in Success Profiles: Competency Card Sort Analyst.
