Ryan Martinelli

Ryan Martinelli possesses extensive experience in customer service and managerial roles within the gaming and hospitality industries. Currently serving as the CS Systems & 2nd Line Manager at LeoVegas Group since February 2020, Ryan has progressed through various positions, including Customer Service Team Lead and 2nd Line Senior Agent. Prior to this, Ryan held multiple roles at Paddy Power Betfair from January 2018 to July 2019, where responsibilities ranged from Lead Agent to Senior Customer Service Agent. Ryan's career began at the Grand Hotel Excelsior Malta, working as an IT Officer from July 2013 to October 2017. Ryan has also earned a CCNA Routing & Switching certification from ICE Malta in 2018 and attended G.F Abela Junior College from 2013 to 2016.
