Ausjia Taylor has a diverse work experience in various customer service and fraud analysis roles. Ausjia started their career at Goss Suzuki of Rivergate, L.L.C. as a Customer Service Representative and later became a Customer Service Team Lead. Ausjia then joined Wholesale Inc. as a Customer Service Representative Team Lead. After that, they worked at CO-OP Financial Services as a Fraud Analyst I, Fraud Analyst Trainer, and eventually became a Fraud Analyst II. Ausjia then moved to PCV Murcor as a Client Services Team Lead. Currently, they are working at LERETA, LLC as a Call Center Supervisor and recently got promoted to the role of VP Customer Care Manager.
Ausjia Taylor attended Chaffey College from 2017 to 2019. During this time, they earned three separate degrees: an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business Administration and Management, General; an Associate of Arts (AA) in Criminal Justice and Corrections; and an Associate of Science (AS) in Social Sciences.
