Erin Lampa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis, customer technologies, and enhancing customer experience. Since January 2011, Erin has held various roles including Senior Business Systems Analyst and PMO Business Systems Analyst at Lerner Publishing Group. Prior to this, Erin served as a Customer Service Manager and ESL Instructor, as well as holding positions in customer service for companies such as Hanvit Hagwon and NeonGecko. Erin began a career in customer care with Upstream, LLC. and also completed an internship at Prairie Public Broadcasting. Erin holds a B.A. in Speech Communication, Film, Television Production, and Business and Professional Communication from Minnesota State University Moorhead, alongside a high school diploma from Brainerd High School and an arts education from Las Vegas Academy of the Arts.
