Lisa Valade

Lisa has held a number of key leadership positions over her long mortgage career. She has been integral to growth strategies in mortgage origination, underwriting, operational planning, training, sales, recruiting and network development. After spending several years in the lending industry and more than seven years as a broker, she understands the challenges that brokers face and continually seeks to add value to their businesses. Lisa was named a "Woman of Influence" by Canadian Mortgage Professional magazine.
