Stéphane Berdoulet

Stéphane Berdoulet is a co-founder and partner at Splendide! since April 2023 and has been the co-founder of SAS Faiseurs de Terres since September 2021, focusing on the production of fertile substrates within a circular economy and social integration. Since October 2011, Stéphane serves as co-director of Association Halage. Active in the social and innovative economy, Stéphane has been an administrator at Les Canaux since March 2017 and serves as vice-president (suppléant) at CRESS IdF since June 2015. Stéphane co-managed SCIC CITE PHARES since January 2015 and co-founded Les Alchimistes in December 2016, which specializes in urban composting solutions. Previous experience includes roles at Médecins du Monde, where Stéphane acted as Desk Officer for humanitarian projects and as Audit and Knowledge Management Project Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master in Social Economy from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, a Master's in Humanitarian Action from Université Paris-Est Créteil, and a Master's in Political Science and International Relations from Université de Bordeaux.
