Ludovic Tiberghien

Ludovic Tiberghien has extensive work experience in strategy and finance roles. Ludovic is currently the Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at Les Eaux Primordiales since 2022. Prior to that, they were an entrepreneur and served as the Chief Strategy & Finance Officer at LES EAUX PRIMORDIALES, a hyper-growth niche perfume brand and manufacture, where they developed and implemented a new strategy, raised funds, and achieved profitability. Ludovic also co-founded and served as the co-CEO of XSCALIBUR, an innovative deeptech/greentech startup. Ludovic played a key role in building non-tech functions, acquiring beta clients, and obtaining government subsidies.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Ludovic worked at the Chalhoub Group from 2012 to 2020. Ludovic held the positions of Group Head of Investments (Chief Investments Officer), where they accelerated digital transformation and international development through strategic investments, and Group Head of Strategy (Chief Strategy Officer), where they established the strategic planning process across multiple business units.

Ludovic also has experience in strategy and management consulting. Ludovic was the Managing Director, Consulting at DUN & BRADSTREET, focusing on economic research and development advisory. Ludovic served as Regional Practice Leader at PEPPERS & ROGERS GROUP, leading data-led customer-centric strategies and transformation projects. Ludovic also worked as an Engagement Manager at START CONSULT and as a Strategy & Operations Consultant at DELOITTE CONSULTING.

Early in their career, Ludovic interned as a Junior Auditor at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Ludovic Tiberghien has a diverse education history. Ludovic started their educational journey at Lycée Sainte-Geneviève from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following this, Ludovic attended CentraleSupélec and obtained a Diplôme d’Ingénieur des Grandes Ecoles degree from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree at the University of Wollongong, specializing in Computer and Telecommunications. Ludovic later attended Hult International Business School from 2020 to 2021, completing a Global Executive MBA. Finally, they also pursued an additional Executive MBA program at CentraleSupélec.
