Dylan Martin

Dylan Martin is an experienced professional with a focus on crisis management and international security. Currently a member of Les Jeunes IHEDN since October 2021, Dylan previously held the position of Chargé de mission gestion de crise at EMIZ SE / SDMIS from September 2022 to October 2023, working within the Groupement réponse aux Crises Majeures et aux Attentats. In July 2022, Dylan served as a Manager Interculturel at Jeunesse et Reconstruction and as a financial analyst at UGECAM NORMANDIE in early 2021. Dylan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Défense, Cybersécurité et Gestion des Risques from ILERI (2022-2023), a Master 1 in Gestion des risques et sécurité internationale from ILERI (2021-2022), and a certificate in Terrorism and Counterterrorism from Georgetown University (2023). Additional academic qualifications include a Licence AES from Université de Rouen (2020-2021) and preparatory classes for grandes écoles at Lycée GC (2018-2020).
