Gemma Lynskey

Gemma Lynskey is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Internal Communications & Engagement at Les Mills International, a position held since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at Chorus NZ Limited from April 2018 to December 2022 in various capacities, including Squad Lead in the Adaptive Organisation Tribe and Head of Internal Communications & Engagement. Gemma's extensive background also includes significant roles at BNZ between February 2011 and November 2017, where responsibilities included managing internal communications for over 3,500 customer-facing staff and leading communication strategy development. Early career experience includes positions at the UK Department of Health, the Inland Revenue Department in New Zealand, and Empire PR and Events.
