Karen Leckie

Karen Leckie is an experienced creative professional currently serving as the Creative Studio Lead at Les Mills International, where responsibilities include steering creative operations and empowering teams. Karen has a background as a Marketing Delivery Specialist at Les Mills International, focusing on the production of marketing collateral. As a Founding Member of Excellent, Karen contributes to the global Employee Experience (EX) revolution.
