Antoine Capeliez has worked in various roles in the Food-Service industry since 2016. In 2016, they began as a Chef de Rang at Le Nautic. In 2017, they were a Stagiare Cuisine/Salle at Hôtel La Citadelle Metz - MGallery by Sofitel. In 2018, they worked as an Extra en Service at Dupont Restauration SAS, an Employé de Restauration en Intérim at Adecco, and a Serveur Loge VIP at the Mainsquare Festival with Live Nation Entertainment. In 2019, they were a Manager at 3 Brasseurs | 3 Brewers Canada, a Stagiaire Développement Commercial at De Neuville, and a Commercial Terrain BtoB at RELAIS D'OR MIKO - ROM. Antoine Capeliez obtained their Baccalauréat technologique in Hotellerie restauration from Institution Notre Dame de la Providence ORCHIES in the years 2013-2016. Antoine then went on to complete a BTS in Hotellerie resturation from Lycée hôtelier Marguerite Yourcenar from 2016-2018. Following this, they obtained a Bachelor Responsable en Marketing, Commercialisation et Gestion from EGC Lille in the years 2018-2020. Currently, they are studying for a Développement commercial from ISEFAC Bachelor, école de management, commerce, marketing et communication, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel from Solpedinn in 2021, and TOEIC from ETS in 2020.
