Samuel Thaller has a diverse work experience. Samuel started working at Les Olson Company in 2012 as a Technical Specialist, where they provided technical support and in-depth knowledge to customers regarding the operation and functionality of various machines. In 2014, they transitioned to the role of Software Solutions Engineer, responsible for designing, building, and implementing software solutions for clients. This involved meeting with clients to design the system structure, building the system, and training end users on its functionality. From 2018 to 2018, Samuel served as a Managed IT Solutions Sales Assistant before becoming a Managed IT Solutions Account Executive in 2018.

In 2019, Samuel joined The Family Support Center as a Board Member. In this role, they support the Executive Director in fulfilling the organization's mission of strengthening families by providing education, resources, and support to prevent domestic violence and abuse.

Samuel Thaller obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Before attending university, they completed their high school education at Olympus High School. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the Cybersecurity Fundamentals for Sales certification from ConnectWise in September 2020.
