Jorge Carracedo Jimenez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Service Lecturer at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella, Spain since January 2016. Prior roles include Jefe de sector at Finca Cortesín, Segundo Responsable Club de Playa at Don Carlos Leisure Resort & Spa, and Jefe de sector at FUERTE HOTELES and Westin La Quinta Golf Resort. Jorge Carracedo Jimenez began in the industry as a Head Waiter at Sheraton Park Lane Hotel and as a Waiter at Hilton Regents Park. Educational qualifications include a degree in Food and Beverage from Escuela Bellamar Marbella, completed in 1997.
