Philippe Krenzer

Philippe Krenzer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and education sectors. As the Managing Partner and Founder of Five Seeds since 2005, Philippe has combined entrepreneurial leadership with a strong academic presence. Philippe has served as a Professor of Strategy & Strategic Operations Management at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management since 2007 and was a Strategy Lecturer at ESSEC Business School from March 2018 to June 2022. Philippe also shared expertise as a Visiting Lecturer at HEC Business School Paris from 2005 to 2020, focusing on service strategy and intercultural management. Prior to their academic roles, Philippe held significant management positions in prestigious hotels, including General Manager at The Savoy and Program Manager at Hôtel de Crillon. Philippe’s educational background includes advanced degrees in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and Change Management from the University of Oxford, along with a Diploma in Hotel Management from EHL.
