Jenna Ritten (she/her)

Jenna Ritten serves as the Chief Developer Advocate and Lead Architect for IBM Research, focusing on the InnerSource@IBM Ecosystem and developer advocacy. With extensive experience at IBM, Jenna has held various roles including Cloud Developer Advocate and Lead Architect, contributing to projects across IBM Watson and Cloud Platform. In addition to work at IBM, Jenna is actively involved in multiple organizations, including creating AfroHacks at AfroTech, serving as an Ambassador for Women Techmakers, and holding leadership positions within the Society of Women Engineers and Women Who Code. Jenna's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Full Stack Web Development degree from Dev Bootcamp, among other degrees in language and medical sciences.
