Frederic Bredon possesses extensive experience in innovation, research and development, corporate social responsibility, and quality management within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of Innovation at Lesieur since March 2022, Frederic also holds board member roles across several organizations. Prior positions include Global R&D IP and Research Business Development Director at Groupe Soufflet, where Frederic contributed from June 2015 to March 2022, and Chief Innovation and Quality Officer at Senoble Famille Gourmande. Frederic's academic background includes an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance and General Management from California State University-San Bernardino, as well as an MBA in Management et Finance from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and an Ingenieur Agro in Food Science and Food Industry from Polytech Sorbonne.
