Gloria Noronha

Gloria Noronha serves as the Vice President of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Justice at Lesley University, leading initiatives that align with the institution's social justice mission. Previously, Gloria held roles at William James College as Senior Diversity Officer and Title IX Coordinator, overseeing institutional change, diversity goals, and program development. Gloria also contributed to Emerson College as Affiliated Faculty and in various leadership positions focused on diversity and inclusion. Early career experiences include roles at Arizona State University, CerconeBrown, and GD&A Advertising & Public Relations. Gloria holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership with a specialization in Equity and Social Justice from Colorado State University, a Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from Wartburg College.
