Jonathan Jefferson

Jonathan possesses a unique blend of experience that spans more than 30 years, as a management consultant, corporate executive, business school faculty member, and higher education administrator.

His areas of academic focus and expertise include: organizational behavior, leadership, mentoring, negotiation and conflict management, operations management, supply chain management, and business analytics. At Lesley, he teaches the following courses: Business Negotiations, Ethics and Social Responsibility, Organizational Behavior, and Operations Management.

Jonathan holds a Doctor of Management from the Institute for Advanced Studies at Colorado Technical University, an MS in Organization and Management from Capella University, a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, and a BS in Mathematics from Morehouse College.
