Kerry Monica has more than 34 years in the automotive industry "the old fashion way" starting his career path just out of high school in all aspects of a dealership and working his way up to Director Of Fixed Operation of Lester Glenn Auto group with the daily responsibility of overseeing 13 manufacturer franchises located in Ocean and Monmouth Counties at 10 different locations and one of the largest Collision Centers in the Northeast with a team of over 400 employees. He prides himself on his accomplishments at Lester Glenn and lives by one of his most famous lines "You're only as successful as the people you surround yourself with."
