Wim Chalmet

Wim Chalmet currently serves as the Director of Facilities Management at Lethbridge College, overseeing all facilities-related operations and leading a diverse team responsible for various functions including building maintenance, grounds, and project management. Prior to this role, Wim held the position of Director of Facility Operations and Maintenance at the University of Lethbridge, managing all operations and maintenance activities across the campus. Additionally, Wim has experience as an Information Technology Analyst, facilitating collaboration between the IT department and other university departments. Previous work experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Iunctus Geomatics Corp and in retail automation at Shell. Wim's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from KU Leuven, an Engineer degree in Construction from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven', and a certification in Business Process Modeling from Mount Royal University.
