Peter J. Lutz has extensive experience in government and public safety, currently serving as Vice President at LTW since March 2013. Previously, Peter held the position of Director of Information Technology for the City of Newark Police Department from December 2001 to March 2013. Peter's career began with roles in technology as a CAD Systems Administrator at Intergraph and a Banner Systems Administrator at Systems & Computer Technology, along with a position as Field Service Manager at Airborne Express. Earlier experience includes serving as a Computer Operator at Carteret Savings Bank and as a Specialist in the US Army. Peter holds a BA in International Relations and Business Administration from Alliant International University and an Associate's degree in Humanity & Social Sciences from County College of Morris, complemented by a Computer Operations certificate from The Chubb Institute.
