Delfino Rosales

Delfino Rosales has a diverse work experience in the construction and plumbing industry. Delfino started their career in 2007 as a Plumber at Gowan Mechanical Services and stayed with the company until 2012. In 2012, they joined Letsos Company as a Service Technician and worked there until 2013. Delfino then moved to The Brandt Companies and served as a Service Plumbing Supervisor for a year. In 2014, Delfino joined CFI Mechanical, Inc as a Plumbing Foreman and worked there until 2017. In the same year, they joined Letsos Company again, this time as a Project Manager/Estimator in the Special Projects Division, and also took on the role of Manager of Special Projects in the Construction Division.

Delfino Rosales attended Plumbers Local Union #68 from 2007 to 2012, where they studied Plumbing Technology/Plumber. In addition to their formal education, Delfino obtained several certifications in various fields. These certifications include Electrical Arc Flash Training NFPA 70E from HAPJAC in May 2015, Qualified Rigger and Flagger from The Brandt Companies in December 2014, CPR and First Aid from The Brandt Companies in March 2014, Trench Safety Competent Person from National Trench Safety in January 2012, Heavy Equipment Operator from Hertz Equipment Rental in January 2011, Confined Space Certification from National Trench Safety in January 2010, OSHA 10 from the US Department of Labor OSHA in February 2009, Transportation Works Identification Credential from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) in April 2012, Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality in March 2013, and Cross Connection Control Surveyor and Water Supply Protection Specialist (WSPS-Rainwater Harvesting) from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
