Michael McGraw

Michael McGraw has a diverse work experience in the field of service operations, management, sales, and engineering. Michael is currently working as a Service Operations Manager at Letsos Company starting from February 2023. Previously, in 2020, they served as an HVAC Installation Manager at Johnson Controls Inc. before moving on to Schneider Electric as a BAS Operations Manager from 2018 to 2020.

In addition, Michael has held leadership positions at Securitas Electronic Security and Kratos Public Safety & Security Solutions, both as a VP of Building Automation. Michael was responsible for overseeing the profitable operation of the organizations' combined sales, installation, and service business for the Building Automation division. Michael also played a crucial role in managing and guiding sales teams to maximize sales volume potential.

Before that, they worked as a Sales Engineer at Convergentz and as an Account Executive at KRATOS Public Safety & Security. Michael's early career includes experience as a Project Manager at OpenTech Controls Solutions & Service, where they were responsible for coordinating and completing multiple projects within established timelines.

Michael McGraw attended San Jacinto College from 1999 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Instrumentation Technology. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications. In 1990, they received their Private Pilot License from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). In 1988, they obtained an Airframe & Powerplant License, also from the FAA. Furthermore, in 2003, they obtained a Texas Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Contractor License from the State of Texas. In 2004, they completed several courses and certifications from Alerton, including the Alerton Certified Engineer - BACtalk Systems, BACtalk Systems DDC Programming Course, and BACtalk Systems Engineering & Implementation Course.
