Andy Ledet

Andy Ledet has extensive experience in telecommunications and IT support, currently serving as a Voice Communication Analyst III at REV since August 2005, where responsibilities include managing telecommunications switching equipment, SONET and Metro-Ethernet networks, PBX systems, and Cisco networks. Prior to this role, Andy Ledet worked as an IT Consultant at Entergy from August 1997 to September 2004, focusing on IT network management and end-user support. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Senior Programmer for the St. Charles Parish School Board from May 1989 to August 1997, specializing in mainframe and PC programming, network administration, and server installation and support. Andy Ledet holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Nicholls State University and studied at the University of Southwestern Louisiana.
