Eric Forster has a long and varied work experience. Eric began their career in 2008 as a Copyeditor at Duke University Press. In 2009, they moved to Westminster College (PA) as a Librarian and Professor. In 2013, they joined Varsity Tutors LLC as the Director of Learning Tools and Editor-in-Chief. In this role, they built and managed a team responsible for the development and curation of public-facing educational materials, managed the workflow funnel and pay schedules of independent contractors, developed and implemented an in-house editorial practice, proposed and executed initiatives, managed the company tech-support hotline, and ran daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. In 2020, they co-founded All Roads as the Creative Director. Finally, in 2022, they joined Letterdrop as the Content Lead.
Eric Forster attended Harvard University from 1996 to 2001, where they received an ALB in Classical Civilizations. Eric then attended The New School for Social Research from 2001 to 2003, where they received a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Cultural Anthropology. Finally, they attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2007 to 2009, where they received a Master of Library & Information Science (M.L.I.S.) in Library Science.
