Chelsea Dow has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Chelsea started their career as an Environmental Assistant at Pace University, where they provided administrative support to professors in multiple departments. Chelsea then moved on to work at GrowNYC, where they managed farmer's markets and coordinated a weekly vegetable box scheme for low-income communities.
In 2018, Chelsea became the Cafe Manager at Beets N Roots Cafe, an organic and plant-based cafe. Chelsea oversaw all aspects of the cafe's operations, including organizing events and workshops, managing purchasing, and handling invoices.
Currently, Chelsea is working at LettUs Grow as a People and Culture Manager. In this role, they are responsible for HR processes, recruitment, performance evaluations, and fostering an inclusive and diverse work culture. Chelsea also previously worked at LettUs Grow as an Operations Officer, where they implemented systems to help the company scale up efficiently.
