Kalpesh Benuskar

Kalpesh Benuskar began their work experience in 2012 as a Summer Intern at Ranbaxy, where they gained understanding of processes and operations in the API manufacturing industry. The following year, in 2013, they worked as a Summer Intern at Jayashree polymers Pvt Ltd, focusing on improving process efficiency and implementing 5S techniques to reduce non-productive time of workers. In 2015, they joined Pfizer as a Senior Executive, specializing in equipment qualification and commissioning, particularly in developing process cycles for steam sterilizers. Kalpesh held this position until 2019, when they joined Leucine as the Head of Quality Assurance.

Kalpesh Benuskar began their education at New Eglish School in Ramanbaug, Pune, from 2001 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a B. Tech + M. Tech (Dual Degree) in the Department of Chemical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, from 2010 to 2015.
