Vivek Gera

Vivek Gera has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Vivek currently serves as the CEO of Leucine, a no-code software solution for pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure compliance and improve efficiency. Prior to this, Vivek worked as a GxP Compliance Consultant, providing technical consulting in the field of GxP Compliance to Fortune 500 Pharma/Medical Devices companies. Vivek also has experience as a Process Control Engineer and Process Engineer at Rio Tinto, where they led a recommissioning project and implemented a self-optimizing pH control strategy. Vivek has also worked as an Erasmus Mundus Fellow at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, conducting research on self-optimizing control schemes. Vivek briefly served as a Process Engineer at Schlumberger, specializing in well cementing services.

Vivek Gera pursued their education in the field of Chemical Engineering. From 2007 to 2012, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where they obtained a B. Tech. - M. Tech degree. Additionally, in 2010, Vivek participated in an exchange program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in Chemical Process Control.
