Aimee Dilger

Aimee Dilger currently serves as the Head of Clinical Operations at the Leukaemia Foundation, leading a multi-disciplinary Blood Cancer Support Team while ensuring the growth and effectiveness of the foundation's supportive care services. Previously, as the Head of Clinical Governance and Engagement at the same organization, Aimee developed a Clinical Governance Framework and implemented strategic clinical governance practices. Aimee's prior experience includes roles such as Clinical Governance Manager and Manager Health Service Development at the Royal Flying Doctor Service of Australia, where significant contributions were made in clinical governance frameworks and achieving health service accreditation. Aimee's extensive clinical background also includes various nursing roles at West Moreton Hospital and Health Service and other healthcare institutions, along with educational credentials comprising Master's degrees in Health Services Management and Infection Prevention and Control.
