Emma McKinley

Emma McKinley is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Finance Director of FP&A at Haleon since July 2022, Emma also contributes as a Board Trustee for Leukaemia UK. Previously held positions include Finance Director of FP&A at GSK, Group Reporting Manager and Finance Business Partner at International Airlines Group, and Assistant Financial Controller for the EMEA region at Indivior. Emma's career commenced at Deloitte, where a progression from Associate to Manager was achieved over five years. Educational credentials include an MBA from Warwick Business School and ACA qualification from ICAEW, complemented by a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.
