Terri-Marie Watson

Terri-Marie Watson has a range of HR leadership experience in various companies. Terri-Marie is currently the Chief People Officer at Leumi UK since October 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Vive from January 2021 to August 2021. Terri-Marie spent a significant portion of their career at Barclays, where they held multiple roles including Global Head of HR (Director) for Private Banking & Overseas Services and Head of HR Cards & Payments (UK) from September 2017 to January 2020. Before Barclays, they worked as a HR Manager at BNY Mellon from May 2006 to September 2008 and as an HR Advisor at Colt Technology Services from 2005 to 2007.

Terri-Marie Watson holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from London Metropolitan University. Terri-Marie is also CIPD qualified.
