Jochen Wimmer

Jochen Wimmer is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations management and supply chain logistics. Currently serving as Managing Director at Leuze Electronic Assembly since April 2022, Wimmer has concurrently held the position of Chief Operations Officer at Leuze electronic GmbH + Co. KG since March 2017. Previous roles include Vice President Operations at Sony DADC BioSciences GmBH, where Wimmer was instrumental in launching the BioSciences business, and various leadership positions at Sony that focused on production control, logistics, and supply chain management across European operations. Wimmer began the professional journey after earning a Master's degree in Technical Engineering/Economics from Technische Universität Wien.
