Don Baruch, MBA has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Don is currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Levain Bakery, where they are responsible for leading the national retail expansion of the bakery. Prior to this, Don worked as the Vice President at Fransmart from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Development Taco Bell at BurgerBusters, Inc.

Before joining BurgerBusters, Inc., Don worked as a Regional Manager at AmerAssist A/R Solutions from 2012 to 2015. Don also has experience as a Management Consultant, working as an Owner/Operator from 2006 to 2012. Don's earlier experience includes owning and operating four profitable franchised restaurants at Atlanta Bread Company from 1998 to 2006.

Don began their career in the food industry at McDonald's Corporation, where they served as Director of Operations/FSM from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they worked at Yum! Brands / Taco Bell from 1991 to 1995, holding various roles such as Market Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, Multi-Brand Manager, and Training Center Manager. In these positions, they had complete operational, P&L, and personnel responsibility for multiple restaurants across different brands and new concepts.

Don Baruch, MBA completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Advertising & Marketing from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Don then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Emory University's Goizueta Business School from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Don Baruch has also obtained several certifications. In 2005, they became a State Supreme Court Civil and Circuit Certified Mediator, receiving this certification from the State of Florida. In 2008, they obtained the FINRA Financial Services Certified Arbitrator certification from FINRA. Lastly, in 2010, they obtained the Guardian Ad Litem certification from the State of Florida.
